Takahiro Minato Cure Holdings Limited CEO Certified Public Accountant. After working at an auditing firm and accounting consulting company, he became independent. Joined the project based on his experience in supporting overseas expansion and providing accounting and tax services.

Junichiro Kawai Founder & CEO of Cure Corporation After joining a major telecommunications company, he gained experience in launching numerous new businesses from infrastructure to video and cross-media. He established and operated the Japanese subsidiary of an American video sharing service for smartphone games. While working at a startup, he noticed many American engineers loved cosplay and anisongs, and sensing the potential in blockchain technology, he joined the project.

Tomofumi Yokoyama Community After working as an editor for a game publisher, he encountered otaku culture at a foreign-owned startup. In addition to games and manga which he already liked, he became fascinated with Japanese pop culture through interactions with YouTubers and Niconico streamers. He then transitioned to the cosplay industry, which he had been interested in before. Currently, he is in charge of covering cosplay-related events and communicating with cosplayers.

Hiroshi Tsurusaki Founder & CEO of Tecotech Corporation Has extensive experience in developing and operating Fintech-related services such as securities settlement systems and online investment management services. In recent years, he has focused on blockchain technology development and has experience in establishing and operating cryptocurrency exchanges. He has also implemented blockchain wallets himself. He has been involved in this project from the beginning, providing advice on the ICO process and technical support throughout all stages.

Alex Schueli Bottles Limited, behindblocks FinTech & RegTech Lead After graduating from Carlo Cattaneo University Law School, he completed a master's degree in law at the University of Hong Kong. Before specializing in cryptocurrency guidelines, he spent over 10 years building operational structures for fintech projects. He strongly advocates for transparency and protection for token holders, as well as the importance of contributing to innovation and frameworks for new services.

Yu Ohara Community Worked in corporate sales at a first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange listed electronic equipment manufacturer. After resigning, he went to the Philippines for language study. Witnessing thousands of young people enthusiastically participating in anime/cosplay-themed events, he founded OtaCute Philippines Inc. with the desire to host his own exciting events. He developed the cosplay community app Otasuke! and is focusing on COT's overseas expansion utilizing the community he has cultivated in the Philippines.

Tatsumi Inui Project Manager Has been involved in site operations since before the merger of the former Cure and WorldCosplay. He also enjoys cosplay as a hobby and has over 30 years of cosplay experience. To spread "moving cosplay" in the domestic cosplay scene, he plans and manages cosplay stages. He promotes international exchange through cosplay and is often invited as a judge for cosplay contests at overseas anime events. He also explains cosplay in various media such as TV, internet, newspapers, and magazines, and is engaged in activities to promote cosplay.

Yuuki Iwasaki Finance & Marketing Worked in back office and marketing at a foreign-owned startup. Responsible for project tasks leveraging back office and interpretation/translation experience.

Yoshinori Hashimoto Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Turingum Corporation After completing his master's degree at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Economics, he gained experience at Japan Exchange Group and bitFlyer's Strategy Department before establishing Turingum Corporation in 2019.

Michael Titus Director of Titus & Co Law Firm Well-versed in global cryptocurrency guidelines, he provides insights on cryptocurrency compliance and strategies for token generation to many ICO projects. After majoring in Finance at Lehigh University in the United States, he obtained a Juris Doctor from City University of Hong Kong and later completed a Master of Laws at New York University.
